Wake up with a gentle yoga session to welcome the day with serenity. We’ll enjoy the first colors of the day before sharing a gourmet breakfast of home-made pastries. Then it’s off for the day’s peaceful hike, in contact with nature and the sublime landscapes of the Basque Country. Every day, a new, easy itinerary combines walking and physical exercise. The perfect time to recharge your batteries and fill up on oxygen. On the way back, we’ll take time to relax on the lawns of the cocooning garden or in the accommodation’s relaxation area and spa. The evening yoga session will help you enjoy the fullness of the moment under the last rays of the setting sun. Sessions alternate between indoors and outdoors. The days will be punctuated by a tasty dinner and, for those who wish, a time of meditation.
