To make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for, we’ve assigned a “MAIN THEME” to each tour, although the choice is entirely subjective.
Indeed, given the very concept of our hikes, most of the themes suggested below can be found – to varying degrees – on each of our itineraries.
EN BORD DE MER
Walks mainly on coastal paths, beaches and coves, or on cliffs on the first elevations of the coastal relief.
EN MONTAGNE
Hiking mainly in mountainous terrain (low to medium altitude), with no technical difficulties and average vertical drops varying from 150 m to 700 m depending on the itinerary.
HISTORY, ART AND CULTURE
These tours focus on the discovery of a region: history, art, culture, architecture, landscapes and gastronomy. Various terrains.
GASTRONOMY
Particularly gourmet hikes to discover the heritage and culinary specialties of regions renowned for their exceptional cuisine. Various terrains.
BIEN-ÊTRE
Relaxation and rejuvenation: peaceful hikes interspersed with daily YOGA sessions, with SPA, BALNEO and body treatments depending on the stay. From a single accommodation, in the mountains or by the sea.
